3rd and 4th rb

i have noticed tutorial for 1st and 2nd rb, but what about 3rd and 4th? could anyone tell me what do i need to do that(exept from lvl170), and what do i get for them? i mean, i know that in quonquer you used to keep all your skills from 2nd rb after 3rd rb so you could make trojan with superman. is it the same here? and what about 4th rb?
