Server is Busy? Empty Server is Busy?

Just out of curiosity ... each time I try to log in, it says that the server is busy. It's been doing this for a long time now. Is there maybe something I should download to help this stop? or ... ?

nah its just that the server is full.
keep trying you will log in at some point lol
