Cant buy anything from Npcs or Shopping mall

My whs are empty as well and cant post broadcasts. And everytime I click agree on front page I get sent to some random page saying "Forbidden. Account was terminated for terms infringement or you have wrong permissions for this folder. " Meaning it has something to do with your pemissions on your ftp or something...whats the deal?

sounds like you missed installing a file some where......
